They are typically with Angels, Unicorns, Dragons, Reiki, Sound, Meditation and Yoga, at this present time my workshops are all interactive online via zoom.

Sound Healing - using your voice assists the body to heal, clearing energy blocks, nourishing the bodies natural frequencies and vibrations, bringing them into a state of harmony and health.
Dragon Reiki and Reiki Healing
Dragon Reiki involves calling in your dragons to help and assist you in clearing your energy, home, and environment thus restoring peace and tranquillity.
Reiki Healing is a comforting, relaxing hands-on therapy that helps to activate the body’s life force energy to enhance emotional and physical health.

This course guides you through a deeper inner journey than is possible in a weekly yoga class and is designed to give you tools and techniques to support you in establishing your own meditation practice or deepening an existing one.
We will cover:
- How to develop that union through the yogic practices of meditation and breath control
- To train your thoughts using single-pointed focus
- Yogic breath practices (pranayama) to bring clarity

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to and seeing clearly whatever is happening in our lives. It will not eliminate life’s pressures or challenges, but it can help us respond to them in a calmer manner, that benefits our heart, head, and body.
Mindfulness is a life skill that can deepen our sense of wellbeing and fulfillment. It involves paying attention to what is occurring in our present moment experience, with an attitude of openness and non-judgmental acceptance. It engages all of our senses as we open to our entire experience, becoming aware of our body, emotions, thoughts, and the external environment.
Mindfulness helps us recognise and step away from habitual, often unconscious emotional and physiological reactions to everyday events. Practicing Mindfulness allows us to be fully present in our life, work, and relationships and improves our quality of life. It is a state of being which is accessible to every one of us. It is also a skill that we can cultivate more deeply in our lives.
I work with a mix of MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) and meditation techniques. Mindfulness offers a breakthrough in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, over-thinking life’s issues or for relaxation.
